Dr. Viviani arrives within a few short minutes and already had knowledge of my case. This was in direct contrast to my past experience in other office’s where I felt alone, apprehensive and that the Dr. did not have time to listen to my needs.

Dr. Vivani then directed the staff as to what I needed, which to my surprise included an instant view of the inside of my mouth on TV monitor. I had never seen such a thing before and a picture truly is worth 1000 words. Within minutes I fully understood what was wrong with me. Dr. Viviani explained that he could magnify the picture to diagnose a problem that the naked eye would have trouble seeing.

I was then given my treatment options. I had been concerned about any fees that may occur. I was pleased to find Dr. Viviani very reasonable as well as flexible with payment plans. I was also impressed to see the Dr.’s actual portfolio of his work, which my old dentist did not have.

I found the experience to be efficient, professional and painless. I was happy to find on office which had old fashioned caring with modern technology.
